This Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to all membership purchases made on www.criclv.com and is issued by the Latvian Cricket Federation.
Right
OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, members have the right to withdraw from their membership purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of payment.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the membership benefits have not been used.
How to
REQUEST A REFUND

To exercise the right of withdrawal, members must submit a refund request via email to the Latvian Cricket Federation.

CONDITIONS

If the membership benefits (such as participation in events, access to services, voting rights, or other privileges) have already been used, the membership fee is non-refundable.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be completed within 14 working days from the date of approval.

Transaction or administrative fees charged by the payment service provider may not be refundable.
Exceptions
The Latvian Cricket Federation reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
