1. Code of Conduct

 

All players, officials, and club members are expected to maintain the spirit of the game. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

 

• Use of abusive language or words

• Use of abusive gestures or signs

• Arguments or disputes with umpires

• Any behavior deemed not conducive to the spirit of the game

 

Violations of this code may result in disciplinary action.

 

 

2. Legal Action Committee

 

2.1 All disciplinary matters will be reviewed and decided by the Latvian Cricket Federation Board.

2.2 Sanctions may include suspension ranging from a one-match ban to a lifetime ban, depending on the severity of the violation and the committee's decision.

3. Club Criteria

​

3.1 Once a player registers with a club for the season, they may represent only that club throughout the season.

​

3.2 Each club may register up to 20 players for the season.

​​

3.3 Only registered players will be eligible to play in official matches.

​

3.4 Each club must submit passport copies and residency cards of all players along with the registration form.

4. Match Day Protocol – Officials

 

4.1 Umpires must verify the full list of registered players one day before each match.

 

4.2 Only players who are officially registered will be allowed to participate in the match.

 

4.3 Umpires are required to monitor player behavior and submit a behavior report to the LCF Board after each match.

5. Acceptance

 

By participating in the Latvian cricket season, all players, umpires, and clubs agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action as determined by the Latvian Cricket Federation.
